WHAT STYLE OF YOGA IS IT?
Having studied and practiced many styles, I offer a non-dogmatic approach to practicing yoga so that I can cater to my students current experience, fitness level and their health/wellness goals.
Aspects that I believe are crucial and will definitely include are alignment (as it pertains to an individuals body) and breath with the goal of promoting strength, flexibility, functionality, body awareness, and mindfulness.
