At Om Improvements, yoga classes are never larger than 8 people. Students are asked to complete a health history and a wellness wish list. This allows me to offer safe and personalized yoga instruction in order to help you achieve your individual health and wellness goals.  The ancient tradition of yoga has much more to offer than the benefits of the physical postures, and it is my goal to present these elements in an obtainable manner, that are applicable to modern day. I believe yoga has something to offer everyone and practicing it need not be intimidating or stressful. Classes are ALWAYS guided by an experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate teacher.  Private yoga instruction is also available.

Yoga classes run in 4 week sessions and are on a preregistered basis. Class size is a maximum of 8 people. Private individual and group yoga instruction are also available.

WHAT STYLE OF YOGA IS IT?

Having studied and practiced many styles, I offer a non-dogmatic approach to practicing yoga so that I can cater to my students current experience, fitness level and their health/wellness goals. 
Aspects that I believe are crucial and will definitely include are alignment (as it pertains to an individuals body) and breath with the goal of promoting strength, flexibility, functionality, body awareness, and mindfulness.
